Through her travel and lifestyles blog Camels & Chocolate (est. 2007), Kristin and her husband/business partner Scott have widely documented their travels, as well as adventures in home renovation. The pair also runs a media production business, Odinn Media, that specializes in creating visual and written imagery for DMOs and brands like Jack Daniel’s and George Dickel. They also have collaborated on projects with destinations around the world, from Visit Britain to Visit California, and produced native content campaigns for such brands as Fairmont Hotels, Hilton, Airbnb and Hertz.

Kristin and Scott also co-founded DMA-events, a Tennessee-based public art nonprofit with a focus on activating public spaces through creative placemaking and original murals. DMA is responsible for the installation of more than 60 works of large-scale public art in cities throughout Tennessee and has been the recipient of many Tennessee Arts Commission and National Endowment for the Arts grants. Kristin holds a Bachelor of Science in journalism and electronic media from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
